In designating a block clearance zone, the requirement that individuals and agencies coordinate with the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service before impacting potential riparian habitats inside the zone is eliminated.</span></span></p><p><p><span><span>The block clearance zone boundary for the ULTO was established in 2016 and renewed in 2019 based on the best available trapping records and habitat evaluations.
