FHAD floodplains will be filtered out of this layer when they become effective or if they are draft. By default, this layer is only showing records where the is_public field = Yes.
Downloading:
Unfortunately our data hub has been having issues downloading this layer, but we are working to get this resolved. Please reach out to gis@mhfd.org to get a downloaded copy of this data. You can also open this layer in ArcGIS Pro with the
API and use the Feature Class to Geodatabase or Feature Class to Shapefile tools to download a copy. We apologize for the inconvenience.
